VIP 大客户专员

Key Responsibilities:主要职责：

Assist withknowledgeable support to all customer requests across all products and allchannels

通过良好的专业知识，针对不同客户对产品的不同问题提供高质量的服务。

Provide immediate and accurate response to allcustomer contacts on social media, phone, e-mail and live chat通过社交网站，电话，邮件和在线聊天方式，准确并及时地为客户解决疑问。
Delivering first time resolution to all customerrequests up to authority and permission levels根据客户的权限和权限级别，在第一时间为客户提供解决方案。
Creating and constantly developing unique positivepersonal relationships with a High Value Customers发展并维护VIP 客户关系
Maintain customer profiling and communication databasehistory for all High Value Customers维护和整理VIP客户的资料和沟通记录。
Ensure that High Value Customer transactions arecompleted accurately and timeously保证VIP 客户的存取款准确，及时的完成
Able to confidently promote other products andservices where appropriate积极主动地为客户推广适合的产品和服务。Active outbound calling to develop the lifetime valueof the customer通过主动的电话联系完成客户的二次开发。

Knowledge, skill & Experience:申请人要求：(全日制本科毕业)

Interest in the internet gaming products对网络游戏工作感兴趣Adaptable , flexible, reliable

有较强的适应力，灵活，可靠

Ability to work under pressure in a fast movingenvironment有较强的抗压能力并能够适应快节奏的工作环境
Can work on own initiative but also possess a strongteamwork ethic有积极的工作态度和较强的团队意识。
Excellent numeracy skills扎实的数学基础。
Computer literate including e-mail, live chat and SMScommunications熟悉邮件，在线聊天和短信等计算机操作技能。Commitment to delivering faultless service

能提供周全的服务

Clear communicative skills with excellent telephonemanner有良好的电话礼仪知识
Good all round sporting knowledge particularly infootball有良好的体育知识（尤其是足球方面的）
Very strong customer and interpersonal skills有很强的处理大客户的能力和较强的人际交往能力。Willing to do the job with shift schedule能适应倒班工作

Good Mandarin communications skills, verbal and written is a must!
As a Recruiter (Talent Acquisition team)

Proactive, strategic, and network early in search of high caliber candidates for open roles
Review online applications, evaluate qualifications of both internal and external candidates and conduct interviews to analyze candidate experience & culture fit
Present fully-screened qualified candidates to hiring managers in a timely manner and coordinate interviews.
Prepare offer letters and participate in the offer process which includes salary negotiation.Represent Talent Acquisition Team with professionalism, enthusiasm and energy to sell the company to candidates.

As a Support

Coordinate between new hires and Human Resources, ensuring submission of all documents required for onboarding.
Arrange flights and accommodation (international and domestic) for candidates and new hires, as needed.
Assist in the preparation of visa and working permit application for new hires
Send out regret letters and telephone feedback to candidates who did not pass the interviewHelps in updating and maintaining the applicants database

Qualifications

At least 1 year related experience
Required languages: Mandarin, English
Can deliver results under pressure
Professional and matured
Driven, results - oriented and can think outside the boxGood English and Chinese skills, oral and written communications
